Press Gazettte has launched a new annual one-day conference which aims to tell media leaders everything they need to know about the Future of Media Technology in 2022.
Held in person at London’s Waldorf Hilton, this CPD-certified event aims to provide a one-day masterclass on the strategies, solutions and ideas needed for publishers to thrive in the digital era.
It builds on Press Gazette’s coverage over the last two years since it adopted new Future of Media branding and a more analytical focus.
The Future of Media Technology conference includes sessions on paywalls, payments and subscriptions, adtech, audience growth, automated content and AI, podcasts and audio and change management.
The £250 ticket price includes lunch, networking drinks and entrance to the Future of Media Awards which takes place directly after the conference in the early evening.
Press Gazette editor in chief Dominic Ponsford said: “We’ve all been to dry conferences at noisy, anonymous venues where you spend the day being sold to. Our new event of media technology aims to be the antidote to that and provide delegates with a revitalising dose of ideas and insight.
“The is an exclusive event where news industry leaders can gather to discuss the key challenges we all face if quality content is to thrive in the digital age.
“All the sessions are designed to arm delegates with the insight they need to grow revenue and therefore protect and invest in journalism.”
Speakers at the Future of Media Technology include:
- ITN chief executive Rachel Corp
- News UK chief operating officer David Dinsmore
