Congrats to Neal Dalgleish who has been promoted to senior producer on BBC World's prestigious programme, The World Debates.
Dalgleish, who has spent the past seven years as a producer on Newsnight, is delighted with the new opportunity and Axegrinder understands he won't have to spend too many more hours working the night shift.
This will mean more time to spend with partner, Ben Bradshaw, former Defra minister who has recently been promoted to be number two in Alan Johnson's new team at the Department of Health.
