Mott’s not so hot on Sarah’s Bond ambition

Bad news, I fear, for Axegrinder’s favourite Fleet Street blogger, the Daily Star’s Joe Mott.

In their annual Shafta awards, showbiz writers have a category for the hack who got “too close to the story”.

Now, Motty may well be in with a chance due to his romance with Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, but it seems rival hack James Desborough at the News of the World has one over on the Star’s Motty when it comes to revealing Harding’s plans.

“She dreams of becoming a Bond girl,” reveals Desborough as he outlines the pop starlet’s plans to break into acting.
