My congrats to Charlie Brooks (he’s stepping out with Sun editor Rebekah Wade) who celebrated his 45th birthday last week.

The Daily Telegraph noted it appropriately in the “matches, hatches and despatches” page, but referred to him as a racehorse trainer.

For the record, he’s a former racehorse trainer and now a Daily Telegraph columnist to boot. You would have thought they could have got it right.
