Sky News has today started to provide Times Online TV with video content.
It is the first time that the 24-hour news channel has supplied an online newspaper site with video news.
Times Online users will now be able to view Sky News headlines, showbiz and weather video clips. Sky News is using Roo TV to stream its video content.
The partnership between the companies will see them sharing each others' strengths in newsgathering. While Sky News is supplying Times Online with video news and weather, Sky News Online will receive Times Online content in a reciprocal arrangement.
