Nicki Brown has joined Emap Elan as group publishing director of the Youth Group.
She will oversee J17 and Bliss and will deputise for managing director Dawn Bébe. She joins from Emap Esprit, where she is publishing director of Slimming and the parenting titles.
Augusta Barnes has joined as publisher of New Woman and Top Santé from Emap Communications, where she was publisher of Retail Week.
Mandy Key has left Emap Performance to join Elan as publisher of More! She will also head up the new media business while development director Carmel Hayes is on maternity leave.
Key was head of internet sites across Emap Mobile and ran the interactive businesses, which included the music and local radio sites and the creation of editorial content for mobile phones.
David Bostock has left his youth publishing role to take up the newly-created job of head of training and development across Emap Consumer Media.
