World Entertainment News Network, the celebrity news and photo
network, has announced James Shaw as its London-based senior picture
editor.
Shaw comes to WENN from Wire Image, where he was senior
picture editor. He has previously held positions at Getty Images and
Mission Pictures.
CEO Lloyd Beiny said it was “a significant appointment”.
He
added: “James is a highly talented and creative individual, and we
intend giving him every opportunity to justify his appointment as the
head of our picture operation.”
The reshuffle on WENN’s London
picture desk sees Pat Littlejohn take on the role as picture desk
manager and Carla Bernard appointed as deputy picture desk manager.
