Old faces and new mingle at Telegraph & Argus bash

By Press Gazette

The generations spanned the Seventies through to the present day at the Bradford Telegraph & Argus reunion party.

Around 70 people turned up, including former editors Arnold Hadwin and Mike Glover, now at Westmoreland Gazette, former deputy editor Neil Benson, now editorial director at Trinity Mirror Regionals, and former news editor Malcolm Hoddy, now editor of the Keighley News.

Former editor Arnold Hadwin said after the event that it had been a splendid reunion and added: “To see so many of my protegés still going strong and making an impact in the media is very pleasing.”

Following requests, Alison Garford, who helped organise the reunion along with Clare Walker, Julie Stott and Sarah Giangregorio, said: “If there’s enough interest we’d be happy to organise another reunion and this time aim to get even more old T&A colleagues to come along
