Nuki quits Sunday Times for health project

By Press Gazette

The Sunday Times focus editor Paul Nuki has resigned to become editorial director (web services) at Dr Foster Intelligence – a joint venture between Dr Foster Limited and the NHS.

Nuki will be responsible for overseeing the editorial content for a new resource website being launched this summer called NHS Choices which will provide data on hospitals and other health-related information.

He said: "The Sunday Times is a great newspaper and has been extremely good to me, but with more than 13 years' reporting and editing under my belt, the time has come to move on and master the new digital technology.

"Dr Foster Intelligence and the new NHS Choices project could hardly provide a more exciting and worthwhile journalistic opportunity."

Nuki joined The Sunday Times in 1993 as a financial journalist and has since worked as the paper's money editor, consumer affairs editor, deputy insight editor, deputy news editor and focus editor.
