NSPCC

By Press Gazette

The proceeds of a garden party marking a Welsh weekly newspaper’s 21st birthday celebrations have been handed over to the charity NSPCC.

As previously reported in Press Gazette, The Glamorgan GEM, based in the Vale of Glamorgan and owned by the Tindle group, held an auction for the charity at historic Fonmon Castle – led by former Wales and British Lions rugby star, JPR Williams.

The £2,130 cheque was handed over at the paper’s Cowbridge offices.
