Community Care news reporter Katie Leason has been promoted to news and features writer. Leason was previously a reporter on Personnel Today, which she joined after completing Reed Business Information’s three-month journalism course. Leason said: “Spending half of my time on features will free me up to write longer, more in-depth pieces on an even wider range of subjects. In the past month alone I have written features about mental health in rural areas and alcohol dependency among black and ethnic minorities.”
