Irish Indy to move

By Press Gazette

Independent News & Media plans to sell the Dublin city centre HQ which it has occupied since the Irish Independent was founded early last century. The building is estimated to be worth up to €25m (£17.5m). The projected sale of the Middle Abbey Street premises – and move to new city centre offices – is part of INM’s strategy to reduce its debt to below €1bn (£700m).
