BBC Magazines has hired Sara Buenfeld as food director for its Good Food magazine.
Buenfeld will maintain her current role as editor on Easy Cook where
she has worked since its launch in summer 2004. She has previously
worked on Good Food as food projects editor.
She replaces Mary Cadogan who has moved to France but will continue to work for Good Food as a consultant and on recipes.
Sarah Giles moves to cookery editor on Easy Cook and Marie-Louise Stevens joins the title as writer/editorial assistant.
Buenfeld
said: “Working on both these titles must be one of the most coveted
editorial roles in the food magazine’s industry and I’m thrilled to be
taking on the challenge.”
