The only accredited female photojournalist to cover the Second World War is to have her work exhibited at a London museum, 30 years after her death.
The New York-born photographer Lee Miller documented The Blitz while living in London.
She was later dispatched to Europe as a freelance war correspondent for Vogue, where she captured the liberation of Paris and the Buchenwald and Dachau concentration camps.
Her images will go on display at London's Victoria and Albert Museum in September.
The show's curator, Mark Haworth-Booth, said: "This exhibition finally weaves together Lee's many arts and tells the tale of one of the 20th century's most creative women."
