Contract publisher TPD has appointed Nick Bradshaw editor of its weekly listings magazine for ONdigital, ON7.
Bradshaw has taken over from launch editor Bill Hagerty, who will have a consultancy role.
Bradshaw was previously editor of the Sky Customer Magazine at Redwood.
TPD has also promoted Matt Beaven to the post of creative director. Beaven will oversee some of the company’s biggest accounts, including ON7, and the magazines for the RAC and Lexus.
He will work alongside art director Dominic Salmon and editorial director Lisa Finnis.
He will also stand in as launch editor on new projects and be involved in securing new contracts.
Beaven joined TPD as a sub-editor six years ago before moving up to become managing editor. He worked on the launch of the Toyota magazine, In Front, as well as the Goldfish Guides and Skylines for United Airlines.
He was also involved in the launch of the monthly ONdigital TV Guide, which he edited for two years.
TPD managing director Grahame Lake said the company had set a target for three magazine launches this year and he will be looking for journalists as soon as the contracts are won.
The titles are likely to be quarterly and in the technology, automotive or mobile phone sectors. TPD has in the past produced titles for Apple and Orange.
"I still think there are opportunities to work with technology companies and we still have pretty strong links in the mobile-phone market," he told Press Gazette.
"We have taken on about 15 new editorial staff over the last three to four months and that burst can happen again as soon as we win a contract."
