Chat has launched a campaign to find Britain’s ugliest husband.
The competition invites readers to send in a photo and nominate husbands with “an enormous conk” or “jug ears” to be in with the chance of winning £1,000 and the “makeover of all time”.
The contest comes as Chat reported a circulation rise of 9.4 per cent to 604,582 in the latest ABCs this week.
Referring to the success of some of the magazine’s recent cover stories, editor June SmithSheppard said: “Who could resist reading about a woman who got revenge on her cheating bloke by cooking him dog poo pie?”
