The sale of Northcliffe Media and Iliffe News & Media to a new consortium called Local World was confirmed this morning.
The company will take over 107 print titles, including: 16 daily newspapers, 36 paid-for weeklies and 40 free weeklies. There are also a number of magazines as well as 63 local websites and more than 400 Local People ultra local sites.
