The Sun last week launched a new Android smartphone app.
The app costs 69p for the first month and then £4.99 for a 30-day subscription, and automatically updates throughout the day with breaking news.
In a release The Sun said it will also provide access to a range of ‘mini apps’including Mystic Meg horoscopes and a Live Match Centre for football fans.

Other features include article picture galleries, the ability to share articles with friends and location-based weather updates.
The Sun app will be launching on iPhones in February.
