The News of the World has kicked off a half million pound bid to help young women facing chronic fertility issues helped by Sarah Brown.
The wife of the Prime Minister launched the campaign by guest-editing NoW women’s mag Fabulous. Brown used her editorship to highlight the fertility problems faced by women including Jools Oliver, wife of the famous TV chef.
The NoW has also celebrated its campaigning past this week. Twenty two years ago the paper raised a quarter of a million pounds for baby Faye Watling to have pioneering surgery to remove a disfiguring tumour from her face. Now the Now reports that 22-year-old Faye is getting married.
