Axegrinder wonders if a headline in the Daily Mail may have prompted a shocked Andrew Lloyd Webber to put in a quick phone call to his accountant on Tuesday morning.
While every other paper reported that the filthy rich tunesmith had decided not to leave his £750 million fortune to his children, the Mail story carried the headline: “Webber in £750bn snub to his children”.
Perhaps a bank balance of £750 million just doesn’t impress Mail subs these days.
