David Montgomery’s Mecom promoted to FTSE250

European newspaper publisher Mecom has been promoted to the FTSE250.

The company, run by former Mirror boss David Montgomery, is now one of the 250 biggest public companies quoted in the UK, with a stock market value for £361.5m.
