Bauer expected to make more changes to Emap mags

Bauer’s announcement on Friday that it was closing two of its newly-acquired Emap titles, First and New Woman, could be the first of many.

The Times warns “many more changes” are expected in the consumer magazines division in the next year, which could include the sale of titles no longer considered “a strategic fit”.
