Virgin Media sued by Murdoch-owned TV guide

Virgin Media is being sued for patent infringement by News Corp-owned TV listings business Gemstar TV Guide, the Telegraph reports.

The UK cable TV company is being taken to the High Court over the content of its interactive programme guides.
