Women’s weekly magazine Grazia will publish its biggest-ever issue during London Fashion Week following record levels of demand from advertisers, owners Bauer Media announced today.
The 300-page edition comes out on 20 September and is the result of a 60 per cent year-on-year increase in the number of advertising pages thanks to interest from the likes of Prada, Dior, Gucci and Top Shop, the publisher said.
The previous pagination record for the title, which launched in February 2005, was 194-pages. Next week’s edition will be the first copy of the magazine to be published with a bound spine.
Grazia managing director Jo Morrell said: ‘Grazia is the ultimate media brand for fashion-conscious upscale women and we are committed to delivering a product rich in editorial and commercial innovation.
‘The London Fashion Week edition is a real milestone moment in the development of Grazia, demonstrating a continually increasing demand in the marketplace and underlining Bauer Media’s continued investment in developing its brands.”
The most recent figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulation released last month showed Grazia’s circulation fell 3.9 per cent in the first six months of the year to 206,764.
