AOL UK has made three new editorial appointments as the company pushes ahead with plans to appoint “hundreds” of journalists in the coming year.

Earlier this week David Eun, president of AOL’s media and studios operations, said his company intended to become the largest hirer of journalists next year.

The majority of those appointments are likely to be in the United States.
