The Scottish Daily Newspaper Society (SDNS) has added two new categories to the 29th Scottish Press Awards – magazine writer of the year and sports scoop of the year.
The awards, which launched last week, were established by the Editors’ Committee of the SDNS, and have 22 categories in total. All entries must have been published between 1 January and 31 December 2007. The closing date for entries is 23 January 2008.
This year’s awards ceremony will be held at the Glasgow Radisson SAS Hotel on 17 April.
