Trinity Mirror has bought online property business Globespan Media in a deal that could be worth up to £6m. Globespan publishes Homesoverseas.co.uk and Showhouse.co.uk and their related magazines, as well as What House online. It also owns the What House Awards. Trinity Mirror paid £900,000 for the company and will pay up to an extra £5m, depending on how the business performs in the next two-and-a-half years.
