Trinity Mirror adds to online property portfolio

By Press Gazette

Trinity Mirror has bought Email4Property Ltd, an internet directory service and marketing tool for estate agents, for £4.4m.

Email4Property
operates nearly 2,000 property websites, each dedicated to a town or
area in the UK and marks a further expansion of Trinity Mirror's online
portfolio. The company has launched ten local property websites since
the start of the year.

The move follows Daily Mail and General
Trust's online buying spree which reached over £100 million this week
as it spent £46.5 million on dating and car sales websites.

Over
the last year, Trinity Mirror has also acquired a number of digital
recruitment businesses – thehotgroup, GAAPweb and SecsintheCity – and
launched more than 20 local motors, recruitment and community websites.
