Irish journalist David Brazil has died following an accident in Singapore.
He had worked for the Irish Press group in London in the 1970s covering politics and Anglo-Irish affairs. Brazil founded the co-operative magazine The Leveller and was involved in television projects before going to Singapore where he had a senior post on a local daily newspaper.
