The Wall Street Journal has appointed Adam Horvath to oversee its Brussels bureau and Greg White to lead its Moscow bureau.
Ken Gepfert has been named page one editor of The Wall Street Journal Europe, while former Moscow bureau chief Andy Higgins has moved to Paris to become senior European correspondent. In his new role as page one editor, Gepfert will manage front-page features and co-ordinate with the Journal’s New York-based foreign and national desks.
