Another editor has criticised the police for holding back a picture from the press and giving it exclusively to the BBC Crimewatch programme. Peterborough Evening Telegraph editor Kevin Booth has complained to Cambridgeshire Police after a photograph of the lodger of local murder victim Carol Evans was released first to Crimewatch.
