KM Group is looking for a multimedia reporter to join the online and radio team for its Medway office. You will have an opportunity to work equally in radio, online and video journalism. You should have experience in radio or online reporting, with a killer instinct for news. Experienced candidates will be given preference. Closing date: 22 September.

A provider of energy information wants to hire a policy editor (£40-50K) for their head office in London. As Policy Editor you will spearhead coverage of European clean energy policy, including writing news, news analysis and features, as well as editing the Policy Library for clients. The successful candidate should have experience in writing and editing for Engineering, International Relations or Finance environment. The role would suit candidates with experience of working within an Equity Research team and writing and editing analyst findings and reports. .

A professional body whose role is to promote the profession, educate and raise standards, is looking for a managing editor (£27,018 – £36,195 ) for planning, editing and production of its professional journal, published 10 times a year.  Knowledge and an interest in counselling and psychotherapy would be an advantage. The position is based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

eFinancialCareers is looking for an experienced editor to manage the blogs and other non-jobs content on its German language websites, to be based in London. Your role will involve sourcing and writing daily content, hosting and participating in online forums and the management and development of entire sections of the German languages sites.  The position calls for a high standard of written and spoken German, plus the ability to read and converse in French and English.

A part-time web editor is needed to work within a large corporate environment in London on a six-month contract. You will be producing web and intranet pages in HTML and ensuring compliance to publishing standards. Any exposure to Crystal Marking & Plain English would be highly beneficial. The role will involve working 3.5 days per week, Monday to Thursday with rate negotiable to a likely £225.

A global health care communications consultancy needs an experienced editorial team leader/editorial manager or senior medical writer (£40-50K) to manage a medical writing team and contribute to the development of new business through scientific and strategic input. As editorial team leader/editorial manager you will be responsible for coaching junior writers and trainees as well as ensuring high standards within time and budget. The position is based in Kent.

FTAdviser.com, a weekly title and daily website relating to the UK fund management industry, is hiring a reporter – investment advisor. You will be responsible for sourcing and writing news, analysis, diary stories, special reports, blog and feature-type articles. The role will also involve attending press briefings, round table discussions, conferences to follow industry and company developments, regular one-on-one meetings, as well as representing the publication at industry events. Applicants with degree level education and knowledge of investment industry will be preferred. The position is based in London. Closing date: 10 October.

Worcester News is looking for a subeditor to join its centralised subbing team. The subs help produce one daily and eight weekly newspapers in the Worcester and Hereford areas. You’ll be based in Worcester. Closing date: 30 September.

Newsquest is looking for a content editor (£21,472 pa) with a natural flair for layout and design, to help produce news and feature pages for the Guardian series of newspapers. You will be an NCE-qualified (or equivalent) journalist with at least two-and-a-half years’ newspaper or similar experience and a thorough working knowledge of the law, QuarkXpress and Adobe Fotoshop. You will join the content management desk of ‘web first’ multimedia newsroom, handling copy for use both in print in Guardian and free Independent titles, and their websites. Job location: High Street, Epping. Closing date: 21 September.

Cornwall & Devon Media is looking for a sub-editor (£20,000) for its subbing team in Truro. The team designs and lays out our three quality Cornish weekly, paid-for newspapers, the West Briton, the Cornish Guardian and The Cornishman. The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified journalist who possesses the NCTJ NCE or equivalent. You will either have worked previously as sub-editor or be a reporter with a desire to move into production. Closing date: 24 September.

A communications company is looking for a content specialist (£35-45K) to be based in Windsor. You will provide practical and creative on and offline marketing and communications services to a number of business and consumer clients. A B2B publisher is looking for an editor (£30-33K) to run all editorial aspects on one of the company’s flagship titles. Reporting to the Group Editor, you’ll be commissioning, sub-editing and writing news and features for the print and online editions. The role requires you to be very close to the market and attend product launches, exhibition and industry events. You should have a solid editorial background and excellent communication abilities, both internally and with clients. The position is based in West Sussex. Reporting to the content manager, the hotels editor will be an experienced journalist with a proven ability to deliver agenda-setting content across print and online publications. Responsibilities include writing, commissioning and editing news, blogs, galleries, podcasts, videos, landing pages, analysis and features for the group’s publications Caterersearch and Caterer and Hotelkeeper. You will also engage in the growth of online community through Table Talk, Twitter, Facebook and other social networking tools. The position is based in UK.

ICIS news is looking for a reporter to cover a portfolio of reports and generate news copy. The role involves contributing to ICIS news, gathering market information and liaising with the product development manager and line manager. The position is based in UK.

A digital agency wants to hire a web editor. The role involves editing and writing copy for client websites. You should be a stickler for detail with an excellent standard of written English, grammar and proven experience of web editing. You should have a degree/HND level qualification, knowledge of CSS and XHTML and understanding of industry software, brand/marketing theories and web standards. The position is based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
