Surrey Advertiser trainee overturns anonymity order in child cruelty case

Stephanie Jones-Berry, a trainee reporter with the Surrey Advertiser overturned a Section 39 order that had prevented her naming parents convicted of child cruelty.

Jones-Berry successfully challenged the order covering a baby girl who suffered permanent brain damage and multiple fractures by the time she was five-weeks-old at the hands of her parents.
