Sun journalist Nick Parker pleads not guilty in connection with MP's phone theft

Sun journalist Nick Parker has pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the theft of an MP's mobile phone in 2010.

Parker, 52, of Twickenham, south west London, is accused of dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a mobile telephone belonging to Labour MP Siobhain McDonagh, and of unauthorised access to computer material.

McDonagh, who has represented Mitcham and Morden since 1997, allegedly had her mobile phone stolen from her car in Colliers Wood in south west London on 17 October, 2010.

The alleged offences are said to have happened between 17 October and 21 October, 2010.

Parker stood in the dock at London's Westminster Magistrates' Court and spoke only to confirm his name and address.

His next court date is a preliminary hearing at the Old Bailey on 22 November.

He was released on unconditional bail.

Michael Ankers did not enter a plea when he later appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with stealing a mobile phone of unknown value.

The 29-year-old spoke only to state his name and age, that he is of no fixed address and he "did not wish to plead".

The case was sent for trial at the Old Bailey and a preliminary hearing on 22 November.

Ankers was granted unconditional bail.

No matter how good you are to them it doesn’t mean that they will treat you the same way. I have been married to my wife for years with no idea he was cheating. Suddenly i started noticing changes in behavior, i suspected something was wrong. So i confided in a friend who convinced and introduced me to an hacker. He was able to hack into my wife mobile phone, Text messages, Call logs, IG, browser history, deleted messages, Emails and WhatsApp . It seemed as though my life was spinning out of control getting to find out she has someone else. I filed for a divorce just could not continue with her lies.
