Trinity Mirror has announced the closure of its 19th local newspaper in a year.
The last edition of the Nuneaton Tribune will go out on 24 September.
The publisher said the closure of the free weekly would have "no impact" on staff.
In September last year, Trinity Mirror announced that it was cutting the circulation of the Tribune from 35,000 to 15,000.
According to the Nuneaton Tribune's Facebook page, it was founded in 1895.
The Warwickshire town is left with Local World's free weekly newspaper the Nuneaton News. This recorded a circulation of just over 30,000 in 2014, according ABC.
On the Tribune closure, Trinity Mirror said: “The last edition will be published on Thursday 24 September. There is no impact on staff as a result of this closure.”
Last November, the publisher announced the closure of seven local newspapers and the loss of 50 jobs.
Since then, TM has closed 11 more newspapers – the free weekly Coventry Times, paid-for Crosby Herald, free Formby Times, the Stockport Times East, Stockport Times West, Tameside Advertiser, Glossop Advertiser, Oldham Advertiser, Salford Advertiser, Advertiser Series and the Wilmslow Express – this year. The latter eight were replaced by the new Manchester Weekly News.
Trinity Mirror has also this year closed a North East newspaper website, merging it with a sister title, and three national Buzzfeed-style websites.
In June, the company announced that it had doubled its structural cost savings target to £20m.
