Scotland’s nationally-audited papers have all continued to fall in year-on-year sales.
Worst affected is the Sunday Herald, down by 17.70 per cent to 41,046, followed by Scotland on Sunday, down by 11.81 per cent to 63,166.
The biggest drop at a daily was 10.70 per cent at The Herald, which now sells 59,546.
Month on month, the titles have not fared as badly. March circulation rose 1.12 percent at Scotland on Sunday, and 1.05 percent at the Sunday Mail.
Sales at the Daily Record climbed 2.62 percent this month but remain down year on year, by 8.55 percent.
Journalists at the Record are facing 70 editorial job cuts. Strike action last Saturday has been followed by a work-to-rule with another stoppage planned this weekend.
