MacDonald said: "What attracted me to IGN was the opportunity to help define a strong mainstream voice for gamers across the world. With the largest global audience of any games site, IGN is the best place for me to do so, and I'm really looking forward to joining the team."

IGN UK editor-in-chief Alex Simmons said: 'I'm delighted that Keza is joining IGN. Her work has always been popular with our audience and her contacts book is a ‘who's who' of the games industry.

'As one of the UK's most prolific young games writers, Keza's work appeals to a wide range of gamers and is perfectly suited to the increasingly diverse environments we now position our content, from IGN.com to YouTube, on mobile, on console and live events."
