I’m a Celebrity… coverage helps boost Mail Online to best ever month with 197m browsers

By Dominic Ponsford

Mail Online hit a new traffic record of averaging 12.5 million "unique browsers" per day in November according to ABC.

The website attraced some 197m unique browsers over the course of the month worldwide, according to ABC, with 61m of these in the UK. ABC counts different devices accessing the site, meaning the same individual may be counted multiple times logging on from their desktop, laptop and mobile phone.

The site's busiest day was 20 November when it attracted some 14.9m unique browsers. Two of the site's most-read stories of the last 30 days were published on 19 and 20 November and they were both about ITV programme I'm a Celebrity… (covering the fact that Gemma Collins and Craig Charles had left the programme).
