Subj: Toilet facilities

No doubt you are aware that some of the toilet facilities have been closed over the past few days.

This is due to serious blockages from two separate incidents when staff pass cards have accidentally fallen into the toilet whilst flushing.

These cards become lodged and we then have to dismantle the toilets and pipework to remove them. This has considerable cost implications due to specialist equipment and contractors’ time.

Can you therefore please take extra care in this regard.

Should such an accident occur please inform the maintenance team, reception or the security guard immediately.
