Wilmington approached by private equity firm

B2B media group Wilmington has confirmed it has received an approach from a private equity firm.

The Sunday Telegraph reported yesterday that HgCapital was in informal talks with the Press Gazette publisher and will decide whether to make an offer “within the next few weeks”.
