Tiger Woods photos pre-date scandal

By admin

Tiger Woods

Vanity Fair’s February cover photo of a half-naked Tiger Woods, which for obvious reasons received widespread media interest yesterday, was taken long before the scandal of recent weeks.

Annie Leibovitz’s photos of Woods, which were taken in 2006, are accompanied by a raunchy look back over the golfer’s fall from grace.

On the Vanity Fair website the celebrity photgrapher explains her reasons for the photo-shoot: “Tiger is an intensely competitive athlete-and quite serious about his sport. I wanted to reveal that in these photos. And to show his incredible focus and dedication.”
