Google’s Chewy Trewhella been presenting the sort of things are possible with the search giant’s various APIs, particularly the geographic mashups in Google Earth. He acknowledged that despite the vast data available on Google Earth, the company has been having difficulty keeping people interested in using the tool beyond a few initial experiments.
