Sunday Mercury named as Newspaper Society regional newspaper of the year

The Birmingham-based Sunday Mercury was named regional newspaper of the year at the Newspaper Society’s Circulation, Editorial and Promotions Awards. Judges praised what they described as “an astonishing selection of splashes”.
