A memorial service for Derek Jameson will be held at St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street, at 11.30am on Wednesday 28 November, the day before what would have been his 83rd birthday.
Friends and former colleagues are invited to come along and share memories of the former Express, Star and News of the World editor who died last month aged 82.
Sir David Frost will read a passage from Derek's memori Touched by Angels, about his first day as a Fleet Street reporter. Tim Blackmore, CEO of Unique Broadcasting, will deliver a eulogy.
