Sky unlikely to appeal against ITV stake ruling

By colinc

BSkyb has four weeks to decide whether to appeal the government’s ruling that it must reduce its stake in ITV.

City analysts believe it unlikely the company will appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal, according to Media Guardian.

Sky could lose £250 million after the government ruled it should cut its stake in ITV from 17.5 per cent to below 7.5 per cent.
