The National Magazine Company’s digital division, Hearst Digital, has appointed Sara Stephenson as publisher of Handbag.com and AllAboutYou.com.
Stephenson has spent 14 years in a various publishing, advertising and commercial roles at Natmags, most recently as publisher of Company magazine.
The portal site AllAboutYou uses content from Natmags’ magazines Good Housekeeping, Country Living, SHE, Prima, House Beautiful and Coast.
Handbag.com, acquired by Natmags in 2006, is a leading women’s lifestyle website, with more than 1.4 million unique users a month in May 2007, its most recent ABCe audit (PDF).
