Ukraine is about to get a new English language television channel called Ukraine Today.
Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoiskiy will finance the project that will, according to Russian media, be used for propaganda purposes regarding the conflict between the Ukraine and Russia.
The TV channel is expected to start with experimental program on 11 August.
The launch of the project was considered as a reply to Russia Today, the channel backed by official Moscow.
