Long-standing Spectator deputy editor Reid stands down

Stuart Reid, deputy editor of The Spectator, has left the magazine after nine years in the role.

Editor Matthew D’Ancona has appointed assistant editor Mary Wakefield as his new deputy, while online editor James Forsyth has been promoted to number three in charge.
