Lawyers for man who is suing an Australian newspaper for defamation are seeking access to the hard drive from a journalist’s computer after the paper admitted documents related to the case had been deleted.
A lawyer representing Alan Bond in his case against the The West Australian want to subject a hard drive from a computer at to forensic analysis, the Australian reports.
Bond’s lawyer is also seeking a contempt ruling against the paper because it deleted the files.
