IPC Media is planning a relaunch of its weekly Woman magazine to incorporate more fashion and wellbeing content, according to a report.
Media Week reported that the revamp could also see a restructure of the title’s editorial team, as the magazine shifts to a ‘soft refocus’away from a constant staple of real-life stories and diet advice.
According to the most recent data available from the Audit Bureau of Circulations, Woman is the 13th most popular woman’s weekly magazine with an average sale of 309,878 copies each week during the second half of last year – a year-on-year drop of two per cent.
